This website is owned by Frontline Military Supplies. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, Frontline Military Supplies will be referred to as either ‘Frontline Military’ or ‘Frontline’. All product images and information are subject to copyright. By using this website you are legally bound and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Secure Payment System
When entering the checkout, you have the option of PayPal, or you may prefer to use your own online banking account. Either way, you can have the confidence that you are both safe and secure. Frontline Military dispatch promptly and offer a great customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon its arrival. We are always happy to replace it, or issue a full refund providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt.
We do not store or hold any payment information including your credit/debit card details. This information is securely transmitted to our payment provider at the point of sale, we are never able to view these details.
Alternative payment methods
There is an option to make payments to Frontline Military over the phone, however, this is limited to shop opening hours (10:00 – 17:30). Bank transfer is also available if you are making a purchase outside of the UK. Please make sure that any banking fees incurred are paid and your invoice to us is paid in full. Frontline cannot except fees incurred in foreign currency transfers.

Making a Purchase
Add your chosen items to the shopping cart. If there is an item that you require to be shipped to a destination that is not listed during checkout then please call or email Frontline Military. We can then make the appropriate enquires to provide you with shipping costs and a payment method to allow shipping to your required destination.
All European orders will be charged at the standard VAT rate of 20%. We also offer tax-free shopping for BFPO customers and VAT registered customers. Please be aware you must provide your VAT number on point of purchase or it will be your responsibility to reclaim the VAT. International orders are tax exempt however you will be liable for any import duties and taxes on importation.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice in accordance with our suppliers recommended retail price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an email as confirmation of your purchase. If there is good reason for Frontline Military to choose to decline your order, a full refund will be made to the account debited for purchase.
We try to process or all orders within 1 working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), occasionally, this can sometimes take longer during busy periods or if your selection has become an out if stock item. You will receive an email advising that your chosen purchase is out of stock, with an option of a full refund, a replacement or wait for it to return into stock. We charge a standard scale of postage on orders based on weight or value. If there is no one available at home during daytime business hours, then please give details of a separate address where someone will be available to sign and receive your parcel. In the event your order has been returned to Frontline Military upon failure of delivery, please contact Frontline to enable us to re-post your order. Re-postage costs may apply.
Under UK law, it is an offence to sell certain knives, bladed or pointed items to persons under the age of 18. Frontline Military has made the decision to not place knives on its web site. However, they are available for purchase from our shop and instore only.
Frontline will always aim to dispatch within 1 working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). In the event that there could be a delay, Frontline Military will inform you by email. Should your chosen item become out of stock, Frontline will inform you via email with the option to cancel your order with a full refund to the debited account, or we will inform you of an approximate due date for re-stock. Upon receiving the product back in store, Frontline will email to inform you of dispatch.
Please inform Frontline if you would like to return any purchased items including those deemed unsuitable or damaged. Please note, Frontline will need to inspect damaged items before issuing a refund. Some products may require further inspection from our supplier before a refund can be made. This can take up to 14 days or more. If you require an alternate item, please notify Frontline Military to allow preparation for replacement. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, at your expense. Both the item and packaging must be returned in ‘as-received’ condition with original labels attached before a refund will be credited to the debited account.

Customer satisfaction Guarantee
Under the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation, additional charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR) you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item. However, there is an exception for items that are built bespoke specifically to customer requirements. For example, if Frontline Military were unable to resale those items due to unusual sizing or personalisation e.g. embroidered Zap number or name.
