We were in here yesterday and we came in and the staff were lovely and welcomed us in and were so kind my mate came in and bought a bag and they were saying to us how lovely we were and they gave us some free hats free badges. And she even sneaked a free notebook into the bag it shows how kind people can be and if your kind to them back they will return the favour

Spoke to Laura and it was a pleasure as she seems a lovely down to earth lady who obviously has customer service at the forefront of her mind.
5 tins ordered along with some new polishing brushes within 15 mins of my telephone call.
Confirmation e-mail back within the hour to say my stuffs packed and ready for Royal Mail in the morning.

We had a wonderful experience in this shop today. Very friendly staff and beautiful collie dog, Archie! My 10year old son really wanted to visit and we went as a family, 3 children and 2 adults. The shop and overall experience had something for us all. All the children left happy, with very generous goodie bags. We highly recommend this wonderful family run shop. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dropped in a few times whilst on Exercise, Gill and Laura were incredibly helpful as per usual!
They even went above and beyond and they let me send a package to the Shop and they held onto it until i could pick it up!
