Returns / Exchange Policy

Returns Procedure


There are a number of ways to process an exchange or refund. These are:

  • Via our online form (preferred method)
  • Via Telephone
  • Via our Retail Outlet

Returns Time-Frame

Our standard time-frame for returns is 30 days from receipt of goods. However we understand that sometimes this cannot be met with deployments etc (all we ask is that you inform us).

Returning an Item


You will need to return your item in an un-used/new condition complete with original packaging to qualify for a refund.

The exemption to this is if the product has failed and needs replacing.


We ask that you try clothing/shoes on indoors as products showing wear will not qualify for a refund. Each item is inspected upon return.

Exchange/Refund Timing


We try to process exchanges/refunds as soon as possible however please allow 14 working days from receipt of the returned item to be actioned.
